When does my monthly quota reset?
At the start of each billing period — anchored to your subscription date, not the calendar month. Subscribe on the 9th, reset on the 9th.
What happens when I run out?
Requests return HTTP 429 once your quota and credits are exhausted. Nothing auto-charges — you decide whether to buy credits or upgrade.
Do cached or failed renders count?
No. A render is billed only when a new image is rendered and delivered. Repeat requests with the same parameters within 24 hours are served from cache and are free — from our origin or the CDN edge, even after your quota is used up. Failed renders (timeouts, unreachable pages, blocked requests) are never billed.
Do credits expire?
No. One-time credits never expire and stay on your account until used. They are consumed only after your monthly quota runs out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period — no partial-month charges, no cancellation fees.
What is your refund policy?
Purchases are for digital services delivered immediately and are non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Duplicate or erroneous charges — contact us and we’ll make it right.
Who appears on my invoice?
Waffo.com Limited, our merchant of record. Waffo handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes — your card details never touch our servers.
